Beginner Strength Program

Designed to get your body moving again. This program is 4-5 days of workouts per week, each averaging 40 minutes per workout. The goal is to get you comfortable with the basic movements of a weight program with the goal of losing fat, building muscle, gaining strength and ultimately, working your way up to the HawkFit Signature Program. Equipment needed: Dumbbells in varying weights and or Infinity Bands, Cloth Thigh Bands , Door Frame Pull up bar, Bench that inclines , Ab Wheel. HawkFit Signature Program

This program is intense. 6 days per week; each workout is between 45-70 minutes. I utilize multiple weight training theories to continually challenge your body and encourage the best results. You will burn fat. You will gain muscle. You’ll like the way you look. I guarantee it. Equipment needed: Dumbbells in varying weights and or Infinity Bands, Cloth Thigh Bands , Door Frame Pull up bar , Bench that inclines , Ab Wheel. HITT + Weight Training

Combining both HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength Training allows you to benefit from both forms of exercise, giving you a well-rounded workout that can help you reach your fitness goals. This program gives you the convenience of being able to complete these exercises wherever you are and on your own schedule. Equipment needed: Dumbbells or Infinity Bands, Cloth Thigh Bands , Door Frame Pull up bar, Bench that inclines , Ab Wheel. Glute Training Program

This program is designed to grow your back end. But we can’t forget about the rest of your body. So every other day is Glute Training, followed by an Upper Body Push/Pull Day. Equipment needed: Dumbbells or Infinity Bands, Cloth Thigh Bands , Door Frame Pull up bar, Bench that inclines , Ab Wheel. Postpartum/Pregnant Training Program

Designed with the Mom in mind that is wanting to feel and look how you did pre-baby and even better. With lots of core concentration and specializing on clients with Diastasis recti. We also cover full body workouts to tighten the whole body. Typically 4-5 days a week with each workout lasting around 35-45 minutes. Dumbbells, Cloth Thigh Bands, Bench that inclines. Advanced Training

This program is designed specifically with Athletes in mind looking to take their ability to the next level. We concentrate on heavy weight lifting including Olympic Style and a lot of sprints as well to maximize your explosives, speed and always upping your fitness level. Gym membership is preferred due to equipment needed, or bad ass at home gym . The Advanced Training Program is $150/month, please let me know if you qualify for any of my discounts up front.


Golden Era Program

This program is designed specifically with seniors in mind. We will start slow and build up to strength training. A set of infinity resistance bands and resistance loop bands is all you will need.
